Rental Rates & Term
- Green Season is May 1 through October 30 - $1,200.00 per week
- High Season is Nov. 1 through April 30 - $1,400.00 per week
- Please note: October is the rainiest month, April is the hot,dry month and the hills turn brown like Southern California.
- One week minimum stay
- Booking Deposit: 50% Booking Deposit due upon making your reservation
- Total Balance due: No less than 21 days before arrival
- Security Deposit due: A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is due no less than 21 days before arrival.
- Cancellation policy: Booking Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled no less than 60 days before arrival.
